This 6-month program is designed specifically for women wanting to express and embrace all of who they are, be it in a group setting or as a personal practice. When women gather together in a sacred space and dive deep into the inner mysteries of the divine feminine, profound opening and healing can occur. Dance is one of the most ancient forms of devotional worship and ritual celebration as movement is life and life is motion! The human body itself is a powerful instrument of connection, communion, and expression is a microcosmic manifestation of the macrocosm, infused with the force of creation. Through intentional awareness and movement (dance), we can access this power and consciously work with and through it. Given the cultural climate most of us have been raised in around sensuality and sexuality, and the personal and collective trauma-inducing experiences of life in the patriarchy… of course, we’re going to have resistance! what exactly is the R.M.A Method?
Ritual Movement Arts™ is a movement and meditation-based method that works with the integration of sacred dance and embodiment practices to promote aliveness, ecstasy, and emotionally attuned living. These non-dualistic goddess earth wisdom-based teachings are rooted in the spiritual yoga traditions, including Tantra and modern-day somatic work. The 3 pillars of this method are yoga/sacred dance & the priestess arts.

At the heart of our work is a deep relationship with the Divine Mother, Source, the Great One, Mother of the Universe. Divine Mother's wisdom is twofold, we are all one with all that is, we are whole, and all is sacred Embodiment is a body of work that seeks to live and integrate these truths, exploring their deeper meaning both philosophically and experientially.
This path is a remembered awakening of the Feminine Principles of the sacred, a path that is of the Earth and through the body. Although we name this path “Feminine,” it is for the benefit of all humanity regardless of sex, gender, or orientation.
there are two pathways you can embark on when you enroll in the RMA Mentorship Program.
Pathway 1: Personal Development
If you prefer to explore Sacred Dance for your own personal development and growth, then this pathway is for you. From this place of remembrance and deep embodiment, we cultivate and reconnect with our inner power, our inner source of love and ecstasy. From here we are more fully able to live our lives with joy, passion, and purpose - opening to our full potential. We experience a deeper merging with love and grace that empowers us, fulfills us, and ripples out into all aspects of our lives.

Pathway 2: Professional Certification
If you want to be certified as an RMA Sacred Dance Facilitator and teach/facilitate your own Sacred Dance classes and or hold women’s circles then this pathway is for you. You’ll be required to have a high level of attendance, complete all the assessments, and log a minimum number of practice hours. Once you’ve successfully certified, as RMA Sacred Dance Facilitators you will also qualify for additional mentoring, assisting at retreats, and advanced training opportunities.

This Program is online so you can join from anywhere in the world.
For six months, you’ll be part of an online, interactive, and supportive container where you'll receive the mentorship needed to confidently and skillfully create your own personal practices and facilitate Sacred Dance experiences. This workshop is for womb bearers and anyone who identifies as a woman, with a desire to deepen their self-love practice. Here’s how it’ll work...
Live Workshops
We’ll come together every week for a live 1-hour and half workshop via Zoom. We will also meet monthly on the new moon. These Live classes and ritual containers are designed for connection and learning. Each module will include a lecture, group inquiry, and Q&A
Training Materials
All training materials and resources such as the Sacred Dance companion workbook will be mailed to you and all our playlists, exercises, and live classes will be recorded and will be made available online temple portal.
Curriculum
Module 1: The Invitation & Fundamentals
Learn The Her-story of sacred dance. This is the very heart of this mentorship.
It begins with understanding the essence of Sacred Dance and your relationship to the dance. Approaching our dance as ritual is a way to cultivate awareness and direct intentional energy to create positive transformation in our and others lives. It is a sacred act of honoring both The Self and The Dance in their highest potential. When we approach our dance journey with intention we are afforded a beautiful opportunity to know our inner power and move into a more uplifted and connected state of being. We will explore Altar Creation and Cultivating your personal practice. You will learn the principles of Sacred Dance and the embodiment practices that will have you listening deeply, feeling activated, and dancing freely. Returning Home to Your Body as a temple in Sovereignty.
Module 2: The Initiation and Creative Process
In this module, you'll explore the creative process of curating Sacred Dance experiences and learn new tools for mapping out a transformational journey - musically, physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. We will explore the myth of the heroines journey and learn how to access multiple sources of intelligence available within the body.
Taking care of your body as the ritual instrument it is/staying energetically clear Created sacred space for your dance practice or performance The importance of strong technique in our sacred dance alchemy. We will focus on clarifying and refining the intentions of your dance practice.
Align with nature structure in your dance to continually energize your chosen intentions. Make conscious, magical, and effective choices for your costuming, music, etc. Access your creative flow and true inspiration to create meaningful work.
Module 3: The Art of Creating Sacred Spaces & Group Facilitation
In this module, you’ll learn the art of facilitating so you can deliver powerful and transformational Sacred Dance experiences with the confidence and skill required. Learning how to hold sacred space in a trauma-informed way from an authentic place of collective healing. We’ll explore topics such as class structure, creating sacred and safe spaces, establishing trust and safety, building connections, using your voice and body, and energy management. Rewrite your sexual story, and open to the vast possibility of your sexual energy as a creative, evolutionary life force. We will be curating an amazing playlist and mapping out the sacred dance journey to guide others.
Module 4: The Map and Method
Learning your inner map of pleasure and grounding rituals to create a connection to your unique magic. We'll explore what it takes to be a fully embodied Sacred Dance Facilitator. We'll create a flow of how to teach from a heart-centered place, a code of ethics, and things you need to know so feel confident to lead, teach and inspire others. Learn to curate a personalized playlist and 60-minute Sacred Dance journey.
Module 5: Self Care and Inner Work
When you are fully present with inner vibration and subtle energy, the experience for the dancer and the witness of the dance becomes a profound catalyst for transformation and awakening. We will focus on techniques that help bring more awareness to the sensations and movements of your body, you enliven your 'womb space. This is where your goddess energy resides; the source of your wisdom, power, creativity, and ecstasy. Through the ongoing practice of Sacred Dance, this energy can be freed and rise up through your body opening your potential for expansion. Refining your receptivity and deepening into the dance and cultivating your personal practices, and purification rituals.
Module 6: Embodied Leadership
Feeling comfortable in your own skin, connected to the beauty of the Soul, reparenting and remembering the Divinity within, are natural results of the work we do together.
Holding the container and creating a space for deep healing to happen is the realm of the Priestess. She is the hollow bone, transmitting Source’s healing and directive force without attachment or ego. Through personal practice and application of Meditation & Pranayama, inner yoga’s using Ritual dance inner & outer alchemy. We will focus on the creation of Enter the Temple offerings Dreamwork & Intro to the art of divination.

HOW TO ENROLL?
Step 1 Book a Call with me. We will have a Zoom video call for 15-30 minutes. This gives us a chance to connect and I can answer any questions and share about the teachings in the program to be sure they are in alignment with what you are seeking. (This is a required part of the application process.)
Step 2 Fill out the Application and pay the tuition fee of $1,000 Deposit to secure your place. ( If for any reason your application is not accepted you will receive a full refund. )
Once you are accepted you may choose to pay in full or set up a payment plan.
You must go through the full application process to be accepted into the training.

Join us for This 7-day pilgrimage to the temple of Delphi in Greece will be your opportunity to experience Sacred Dance live with me, practice teaching in a sacred container, receive immediate feedback, and have a step into teaching within a supportive sisterhood
