After your initial intake session, we will follow up with 2nd session

1-1 Consultation Session (1hour 3 times a month )

Based on our findings, dietary coaching, herbal formulas, lifestyle practices, exercise, body therapies, and other techniques will be recommended to navigate you toward your goal of wellness. to review and incorporate new elements of Ayurveda into your daily life.

In these sessions, we will discuss your Doshas and apply new practices. I will share recommendations based on this assessment, a personalized body/mind/spirit health-enhancing prescription is formulated. This will include recommendations for diet, stress management, exercise, emotional healing, nutritional and herbal supplements, and sensory modulation. and performs a physical evaluation that looks at the body both as a physical system as well as a field of intelligence reflecting the needs and choices of a person’s life.   We will define your health goals and implement lifestyle practices to achieve them. The true aim of Ayurveda is to clear out the clutter in the mind, senses, and body to access your greatest potential for health and thriving.

Ayurveda is a living science, meaning that it’s more than just a food list or set of guidelines.

Once you start practicing a few things, you may be ready for more shifts or you may find that some things need tweaking to fit your real-life current situation. In the beginning once a week is nice until you have a strong foundation. Then, the amount of support you need really depends on you- some of the factors to consider are the type of condition you are healing, how much support you have from family or local community or what your schedule is like.  In our series of sessions together we can accomplish a lot and set up a good routine as well as set realistic goals with a timeline.

You will Receive one-on-one instruction in Ayurvedic cooking, breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, color therapy and more. Receive guidance, support, and accountability as you work to integrate new practices. We will continue to discuss and apply which daily self-care routines, food choices, yoga and pranayama techniques, meditation and movement practices, and herbs will be most supportive to you.

Ayurveda is the path of moderation, not the path of overhauling your whole life. You’ll decide what feels manageable or most beneficial to start with. We then can move forward with monthly continuous Sessions until your goals are reached.



Payments:
Payments for initial sessions must be made prior to scheduling. Individual follow-up sessions are due three days before the session. Please email aradia@ritualmovementarts.com if you would like to set up a payment plan.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for individual consultations or packages.

You can opt to purchase one session and from there add on with a package at any time.

Rescheduling, Canceling and Pausing

All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled apt. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so in advance with online Scheduling calendar.

Ongoing packages that have been paid for can be paused at any time due to personal reasons.
