ABOUT THE RETREAT
This is a week-long retreat focusing on yin nourishment, sacred dance, and women's vitality practices.
This retreat is designed to create an intimate sacred container of 13 women from all around the world, held in sisterhood to dance, play heal, explore & cultivate personal embodiment practices that ground and fill your heart full of Shakti!
This is a chance to share within sisterhood, unplug and return to the womb of transformation.
In this retreat, we will focus on learning the language of temple belly dance comprised of sacred geometry, shapes & symbols. We will learn practices for clearing & opening the energy channels so that kundalini life force energy can be fully uninhibited through the entire body, including learning mudras & mantras. We will explore different chakras and energy centers of our body through, breath, sound, and intentionality. Learning the vast realms of inner yogas with a focus on Bellydance isolations, drills, & layering. Weaving natural medicine wisdom tips and an introduction to Ayurveda and bliss practices.
